Dear Scouts and Parents,

Final Details for this year Eastrek walking weekend in the New Forest are as follows:

We will be staying at the scout campsite Ferny Crofts in the Croft Building.

We will be meeting at Clay pit car park, near Lyndhurst.  This is on the road out of Lyndhurst towards Brockenhurst, the car park is on the left hand side of the road as you come out of Lyndhurst. Maps will be provided.

Meeting times

Friday 10^th April  10am at Clay pit Car park.  You will need your day pack and be ready for walking.  Your main bags will go into the minibus and cars to be transported to the campsite for you.

Monday 13^th April Collect from Ferny Crofts campsite for 3pm.

Kit lists and permission to camp (P-T-C) forms will follow shortly.

Please return outstanding balance of £ 50.00 with the P-T-C form by Friday 20^th March.  Cheques should be made payable to 1^st Finchampstead Scout Group.
